Recipe Ingredients for Punjabi Chhole

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup ginger, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tomatos, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
3 cups garbanzo beans, boiled
1/8 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped

Recipe Directions for Punjabi Chhole

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add ginger, 1/4 cup chopped onions, 1 tomato, green chili, and let simmer for 1 minute. Add chick peas and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes. Then, add spice pack and continue stirring for 2-3 minutes. Finally, mix in remaining chopped onion and tomatoes, stir evenly until desired texture and remove from heat.

  2. Garnish with cilantro. Serve
