Kadhi- Buttermilk flavored with chili and ginger.

Recipe Ingredients for Puneri Kadhi

2 tbsp skim milk yogurt
1 cup water
1/4 tsp chickpea flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp green chili paste
1/4 tsp sunflower oil
1/4 tsp cumin seeds

Recipe Directions for Puneri Kadhi

Heat oil in a pan. Allow cumin seeds to splutter. Add curry leaves, ginger paste and green chili paste. Add the chickpea flour to the buttermilk and mix well. Add this to the pan. Add salt and let it come to a boil. Serve with khichadi / phulka.
