Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Waffles

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp SPLENDA brown sugar blend
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/8 cup Better'n Eggs
2/3 cup nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Waffles

  1. Mix together ingredients.

  2. Put half batter in Belgium waffle iron and cook until golden brown.

  3. Take out and enjoy!
