Makes two Belgian or 4 regular waffles. This recipe is the 1/2 version of the orginal.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Waffles

0.13 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
10 grams Cornstarch
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.75 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.13 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.13 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 cup Pumpkin
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Waffles

  1. Mix Dry ingredients in lg bowl

  2. Separate Egg whites to smallest bowl.

  3. Mix yolk and wet ingredients in medium bowl.

  4. Beat egg whites till stiff

  5. Mix wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients. fold in egg whites.

  6. cook in preheated waffle iron
