i usually add a little more pumpkin and less milk.

Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin waffles

1 cup pumpkin, cooked
1 1/2 cups skim milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Recipe Directions for pumpkin waffles

in large bowl stir together pumpkin, milk, eggs and butter. in separate bowl, stir together flours, baking powder, salt, sugar, nutmeg and pumpkin pie spice. add sifted ingredients to pumpkin mixture, stirring thouroughly until combined. Preheat waffle iron, spoon batter and bake until golden.
