1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
2 tbsp Organic Flax Seed Meal
1.5 serving plant fusion protein vanilla bean
3 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.25 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.25 cup Organics Applesauce

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Waffles with Protein Powder

Spray waffle iron with nonstick spray. Preheat while making the batter. Blend the egg whites, milk, oil, pumpkin and applesauce together in a medium bowl. Blend the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the wet into the dry, Mix until blended. Cook waffles until golden and crispy.
