Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

16 oz fat free cream cheese
16 oz cream cheese
4 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup sugar
25 vanilla wafers
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup pecans

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

  1. Finely crush ginger snaps

  2. Finely chop pecans

  3. Melt butter

  4. Mix above ingredients & press into 9x13 pan

  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, & eggs until smooth

  6. Set aside 1 1/2 cups cream cheese batter

  7. Mix pumpkin into remaining cream cheese batter

  8. Spread half of pumkin batter over crust

  9. Spread half of cream cheese batter over that

  10. Continue alternating layers of batter until it's all in the pan

  11. Swirl with knife

  12. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

  13. Let cool completely

  14. Refridgerate for 4 or more hours before serving
