Honey-oatmeal bread with pumpkin swirl

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Swirl Bread

1 package yeast
1/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup warm water
1/4 cup honey
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp salt
2 egg whites
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Swirl Bread

  1. dissolve yeast in warm milk and water.

  2. add honey, 1/3 cup of the pumpkin, salt, and egg whites

  3. mix in the oatmeal

  4. once smooth, add flour until dough is workable

  5. knead then cover and let rise for 1.5 hours

  6. knead dough and roll out

  7. mix remaining pumpkin with the brown sugar, and smooth over the dough (I also sprinkled pumpkin pie spice all over it)

  8. roll it up, folding the ends under

  9. place in greased bread pan and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
