Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Squares

2 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 cup Pumpkin
4 large Egg, Whole
0.75 cup Butter
2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
12 serving Powdered Sugar
3 oz Cream Cheese Light
0.25 cup Butter
0.07 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Squares

Combine sugar, pumpkin, beaten eggs, melted butter - stir well. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Add pumpkin mixture - pour into 15 X 10" pan. Bake at 325, 25-35 minutes until fork comes out clean. Cool and spread with frosting. (See ingredients for frosting - just mix powdered sugar, cream cheese etc. together.
