1 cup water
1 pinch of salt
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of ground cloves
1 oz raisins
2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
