Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Treat

1 1/2 cup pumpkin
1 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/4 cup dark amber maple syrup
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 tsp vanilla
9 tsp powdered sugar

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Spice Treat

  1. mix pumpkin, sugar, syrup, spices, and vanilla

  2. add baking soda and flour, mix until just combined

  3. bake at 350F for about 15 min

  4. let cool, top each with about 1tsp powdered sugar
