Rich and moist, avariation of the Spiced Yogurt Pound Cake. Can be dusted with confectioners sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Pound Cake

1 1/2 cups Splenda
1/2 cup butter
2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup wheat bran
1 cup pumpkin, canned
1 cup yogurt, plain, no fat
3/4 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Spice Pound Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350'F

  2. Grease and flour 1 bundt,or 2 loaf pans, or 9x13 inch baking pan.

  3. Cream the butter, blend with the egg,pumpkin,vanilla,

  4. yogurt. Sift together dry ingredients. Then combine and mix for two minutes.

  5. Pour into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
