Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

1 cup Flour
1 cup Pumpkin
4 large Egg, White
2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 tbsp Light Salted Whipped Butter
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.25 teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.15 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.15 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.15 tsp Allspice, Ground
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Whip egg whites in their own bowl, and whisk remaining wet ingredients in a third bowl. Add wet ingredients to the dry bowl and whisk until just smooth. Add egg whites and gently fold in. Use 1/3 cup size ladle to make pancakes on a hot griddle lightly oiled with cooking spray.
