Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Muffins

18 1/4 oz. spice cake mix
15 oz. pumpkin
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons flax seed meal
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1 apple, peeled, cored, and diced

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Spice Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease 24 muffin cups (leave out the wrappers for this recipe, the muffins stick to them).

  3. Divide mixture among muffin cups.

  4. Bake fore 25 minutes.

  5. Enjoy!
