Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Doughnuts

2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk, 1%
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp cloves
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 cup corn oil (frying)

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Spice Doughnuts

combine all wet ingredients, sift dry and add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Heat oil to 375 and drop in cooking until dark brown and crisp, flipping half way through. About 4 to 5 minutes per doughnut. Drain on paper towels and coat with light brown sugar while still hot.
