Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Bars

2 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup splenda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 cup water
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Spice Bars

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Coat a 13" x 9" baking pan with cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg and brown sugar.

  3. Add the egg whites, water, and pumpkin and stir until thoroughly mixed.

  4. Stir in the raisins.

  5. Spread evenly in the prepared pan. 3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Cool in the pan and cut into 2" squares.
