Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Soup

500 grams pumpkin
8 cups Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
1 onion
2 zucchini
1 cup spinach

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Soup

Boil pumpkin until just soft. Place in soup pot with chicken stock, onion, spinach and zucchini, heat through, blend with handheld mixer in the pot or pour into blender and blend.
