Mild curried pumpkin & vege soup

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Soup

1 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
5 cups pumpkin, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 potatoes, chopped
2 tsp curry powder
4 cups water
1 tbsp Chicken Stock Powder

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Soup

  1. Heat oil in large pan, add vegetables, cook for 2 minutes, then stir in curry powder.

  2. Add water and MAGGI Vegetable Stock Powder, bring to the boil. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.

  3. Blend or puree vegetables and liquid in batches until smooth.
