Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Soup

500 ml chicken broth
2/3 cup pumpkin, mashed
1 small zucchini, diced
2 small carrots, diced
4 white mushrooms, diced
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken breast, shettered
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup corn

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Soup

  1. Boil chicken broth

  2. Add garlic, onions and pumkin, boil about 3 minutes

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and boil until the vegetables are tender
