Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Soup

1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 tbsp canola oil
2 cups chicken broth
3 ounces plain lowfat yogurt
1 tsp kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Soup

Saute celery, onion, carrots in canola oil. Add chicken broth, yogurt, pumpkin and spices. Heat to boil and serve. Try toasting pumpkin seeds as garnish.
