Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin soup

4 cups pumpkin
1 cup potato
1 large onion
6 cups water
1 salt and pepper
6 chicken stock cubes

Recipe Directions for pumpkin soup

  1. chop everything into chunks.

  2. put veggies into large saucepan, add water and stock cubes crumbled up.

  3. boil for around 30 mins or until veggies are soft.

  4. Blend the soup in a blender,

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve with a tablespoon of lite sour cream (optional)
