Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Soup

500 g pumpkin
250 g potatoes
120 g onions
150 g parsnip
150 g swede
1500 ml water
2 stock cubes oxo (chicken)

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Soup

chop all vegetables - place in big saucepan - add water and stock cubes - bring to boil - reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes -allow to cool - blend till smooth - heat and serve
