Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin soup!

2 tbsp Light Butter with Canola Oil
0.25 cup Orange Juice
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
3.5 cup Pumpkin
2 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
0.75 onion Yellow Onion
1.5 tsp Sea Salt
3.5 cup Light
1.5 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for pumpkin soup!

fry two slices of bacon, 1 tbsp light butter, and 3/4 of a yellow onion for five minutes. add 1.5 garlic cloves and 10 sage leaves. cook for two more minutes, then remove sage leaves and half of the bacon. discard the bacon but save the leaves. add the chicken stock, OJ, pumpkin , and salt and pepper and cook for 30 minutes. transfer mixture to food processor in 2 cup batches and puree. add back to pot to simmer 30 more minutes. add 1.5 cups 2% milk. fry sage eaves up for a minute and garnish soup with a few.
