Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Smoothie

1 cup pumpkin, canned
1 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp brown sugar
1 dash pumpkin pie spice

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Smoothie

  1. Freeze the pumpkin overnight, and thaw until just a little soft.

  2. Blend all of the ingredients in the blender.
