8 ounces light original soymilk
4 ounces pumpkin, frozen

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin smoothie

Place in blender with 2 tablespoons Splenda and a couple good shakes of pumpkin pie spice. Maybe add vanilla and some ice cubes. Wow, this is so good!
