Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Seed Dried Cherry Trail Mix

2 cups pumpkin seeds
1 cup slivered almonds
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
6 T Maple Syrup
1 cup sun-dried cherries
1/2 t salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Seed Dried Cherry Trail Mix

  1. Mix the pumpkin seeds, almonds, and sunflower seeds with the maple syrup until evenly coated.

  2. Spread onto a foil-lined sheetpan in a single layer and bake in a 300F oven until golden, about 20 minutes.

  3. Allow the nuts to cool, then add the dried cherries or cranberries and toss to combine.
