Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin-scotch Pudding

398 ml (16 oz can) pumpkin puree
1 cup water
30 g (1 package) fat free instant butterscotch pudding
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin-scotch Pudding

  1. Mix instant pudding with water in a small saucepan. Bring it to a boil and combine until all clumps are removed.

  2. Remove from heat and mix in pumpkin puree and seasonings.

  3. Enjoy!
