Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Scones

1 cup Enriched Unbleached White Flour
3 tbsp Pure Irish Butter
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
9 tsp Organic Cane Sugar
1 1/2 oz Golden Raisins
1/2 cup Pumpkin

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Scones

  1. Preheat oven 425 F

  2. Mix together Flour, Salt, Sugar, Baking Powder.

  3. Cut in Butter into Flour, until it has a damp sand consistency.

  4. Mix in Golden Raisins.

  5. Mix in Pumpkin.

  6. Spoon onto a baking sheet, should make six.

  7. Bake for approximately 14 minutes.
