1 1/4 cup Pumpkin
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
4 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/5 tablespoon Sage
3/10 grams Nutmeg, Ground
28 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square) Wonton Wrappers
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp Butter
7 9/10 g Flour
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
4 wedge Light Cheese

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Ravioli with creamy blue cheese sauce

  1. Combine pumpkin, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, sage, and nutmeg.

  2. Fill each wonton wrapper with 2 teaspoons of filling, seal edges with water, and store on tray dusted with cornstarch.

  3. Boil 4 minutes.

  4. Make a rue with butter and flour, add milk and whisk in cheese wedges.
