A gluten-free low cal option to Pumpkin pie. Yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pudding

14 oz Pumpkin
370 mL Evaporated Milk - Fat Free (Pacific)
3 packet Stevia
1 tbsp Blue Agave
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 grams Sea Salt
0.9 grams Ginger, Ground
0.6 grams Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pudding

Whip eggs with sugar substitutes and spics - add to pumpkin puree and milk and stir. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and reduce to 350 for another 45 minutes
