Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

2 serving whey protein 1/2 scoop
0.6 cup Pumpkin
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 packet Stevia

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender

  2. Pour 3 small circles of batter onto large sprayed pan and cook on medium until bubbles appear, then flip

  3. serve hot and freeze the leftovers
