Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Protein Muffins

1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup oatmeal
1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
113 g 1/2 cup No Sugar Added Apple Sauce
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
2 scoop 100% Whey Protein Powder

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Protein Muffins

  1. Mix all ingredients together- may have to add 1/4 more almond milk with 2 scoops of protein powder.

  2. bake at 350, for 15-20 minutes

  3. makes 12 muffins
