Moist pumpkin chip protein muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Protein Muffins

1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup applesauce
4 oz. Lowfat Plain
3 large egg whites
1 3/4 cup quick oats
1 scoop Whey Protein
1/2 cup Baking Blend
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 Baking Chips

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Protein Muffins

  1. Mix all together (in blender) and bake in muffin pans with cupcake liners or spray pan. Makes 12 total muffins. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until tops are lightly golden brown.

  2. Baking chips used were: mini 1/4 cup

  3. Oats should be: Old-Fashioned Oats
