Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Protein Bars

2 scoops 100% Whey Protein
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cup Kashi Golean Cereal Original
1/2 cup quick oats
1 egg All Natural with Omega 3 Large Egg
1/2 cup Dry Roasted Edamame Lightly Salted
1/4 cup dry pumpkin seeds

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Protein Bars

mix it all up, press evenly into a greased pan. Bake at 350 until seem done... this is an experiment lol.
