These are Jamie Eason's Pumpkin Protein Bars. They are a delicious mid morning or afternoon snack!

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Protein Bar

4 oz Stevia
4 oz Applesauce Baby Food
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
7.2 grams Ground Ginger Spice
0.5 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 large Egg, White
15 oz Pumpkin
2 cup Oat Flour
2 scoop Allwhey Whey Protein Vanilla
4 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Protein Bar

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.

  2. Spray a 9 X 13 Pyrex dish with non-stick spray.

  3. Combine first 11 ingredients and mix well.

  4. Add the final 3 ingredients (4, if adding walnuts), and mix until incorporated. Spread batter into the Pyrex dish and bake for 30 min.

  5. Makes 24 squares.
