Pumpkin cake made in pound cake form

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pound Cake

18 1/4 oz yellow cake mix
1 cup eggbeaters
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pound Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325

  2. Grease and flour 6 3in by 5.75in loaf pans

  3. Mix all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes

  4. Pour into pans and bake for approx. 45-50 minutes

  5. Remove from oven and let cool

  6. Loaves may be frozen and then thawed as needed.
