Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin pie tartlet

3/4 cup sugar
1 tbl cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg whites
15 oz pure pumpkin
12 oz fat free evaporated milk

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin pie tartlet

  1. combine dry ingredients

  2. beat egg whites and add dry mixure

  3. gradually add evaporated milk

  4. spoon in to 16 foil baking cups sprayed with Pam

  5. bake 25-29 min at 350 degrees
