A great lo cal lo carb pumpkin pie. No crust.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie Sugar free and Crust free

2 cup Pumpkin
2 large Egg, White
12 oz Fat Free Evaporated Milk
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
36 tsp SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie Sugar free and Crust free

  1. Mis together Splenda for cooking (not the kind with sugar) (3/4 cup) with 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1/4 tsp salt.

  2. In a different bowl mix pumpkin (1 15 oz can) with 2 lg eggs. Add Splenda mixture. Mix well. Add evap. milk. Mix well.

  3. Spray a quiche pan (or pie pan) with non stick spray. Pour in pumpkin. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. Serves 6
