Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie with Splenda

2 pie crusts
4 eggs
20 ounces pumpkin
16 ounces evaporated milk
3/4 cup splenda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cloves

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie with Splenda

  1. mix together:

  2. 2 cans evaporated milk

  3. 1 large can Libby's pure pumpkin

  4. 4 eggs

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  7. 1 teaspoon ginger

  8. 1 teaspoon cloves

  9. 3/4 Cup Splenda

  10. Pour into unbaked pie crust shells

  11. Bake @ 425 for 15 minutes

  12. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to 1 hour
