1/2 banana
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup Cultured Soy
1 cup soy milk
1/8 tsp pumpkin spice
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin pie smoothie

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and sprinkle with a little more cinnamon/pumpkin spice/cloves. enjoy the taste of fall! Add a little sweetener or substitute vanilla yogurt for plain.
