15 ounces pumpkin, canned
24 ounces milk, 2% lowfat
2 eggs, large
1/2 cup splenda
1 pie crust, homemade
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie, Skinny Version

  1. The milk in this recipe is one 12 ounce can 2% evaporated milk. Beat eggs. Add pumpkin, sugar and spices. Slowly add milk.

  2. Bake in homemade 9" pie crust at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then turn heat down to 350 for 40 to 50 minutes.
