Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin pie rice

1/4 cup brown rice
6 ounces pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons raisins
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
4 ounces 1%milk

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin pie rice

  1. Bring rice in to boil 1/2 cup of water. Immediately lower to simmer covered for 40 minutes

  2. Mix together rice,pumpkin,raisins and spices.

  3. Heat in the microwave

  4. Add milk and serve
