Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie

3/4 cup Splenda, granulated
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg whites
15 oz pumpkin
12 fl oz evaporated milk, nonfat
1 pie crust, unbaked, deep dish

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie

  1. Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. Beat egg whites lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

  2. Pour into pie shell.

  3. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° and continue baking for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Top with light whipped cream, if desired.
