Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin pie

14 oz pumpkin
14 oz evaporated milk
2 eggs
2/3 c sugar
1 c whole wheat pastry flour
3 T oil
3 T milk
1/2 T sugar
1/4 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1 t allspice
1/2 t ginger

Recipe Directions for pumpkin pie

Mix 3 T oil, 3 T milk, flour, 0.5 T sugar and 1/4 t salt for crust. Pat into the bottom and sides of a deep dish glass pie dish. Mix all the rest of the ingredients for the filling of the pie. pour into shell, bake at 400 for 14 minutes, then at 350 for 30 minutes
