Crustless Pumpkin Pie with protein powder

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie

2 cup Pumpkin
2 tbsp Smart Balance Light
1 large Egg, Whole
4 large egg whites
4 oz almond milk
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 serving NutriBiotic Organic Rice Protein Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie

  1. Melt butter and add to food processor with protein powder, eggs, and almond milk. Process until smooth. Add pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin and process again until smooth.

  2. Bake at 375 until firm - 45 minutes or so
