Makes 6 servings



Easy pumpkin pie, uses 9" pie crust. Can use 15 oz canned pumpkin if desired.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie

2 cups pureed cooked pumpkin
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 salt
1 pie crust

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie

  1. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt until smooth.

  2. Pour into pie crust.

  3. Bake at 425 x 15 minutes, then cover loosely with foil and bake at 350 x 35-40 minutes, or until knife inserted near the middle comes out clean. Bake uncovered a few minutes if needed to get any condensation off.
