Creamy, spicy, delicious. Make with a can of 2% or so evaporated milk.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie

1 pie crust, unbaked
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Pie

  1. Whiz everything together in a food processor. You could use a tsp ginger for a little more zing.

  2. Bake at 400 for 20 min, and turn heat down to 350 and bake for 45 min or until firm.
