2 eggs
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt

Mix everything in a blender, pour into pie shell, put in preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 1 hour
