1/2 cup pumpkin
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup splenda no calorie
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup 2% evaporated milk
1/2 cup 2% evaporated milk

Recipe Directions for pumpkin pie

  1. combine pumpkin, splenda, egg beaters, salt, ginger cloves, and cinamon and nutmeg in large bowl

  2. gradually stir in evaporated milk

  3. mix well with spoon

  4. pour into pie shell

  5. bake at 350 F 50-55 mins or until tooth pick comes out clean
