Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin pie

3 cups pumpkin
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1 cup 2% milk
5 tbs butter
1 cup flour

Recipe Directions for pumpkin pie

  1. Cook pumpkin until soft then blend until smooth

  2. Make pie crust and line tin

  3. Blend: pumpkin, sugar, spices and eggs together until smooth, add milk and pour into crust.

  4. Bake 350 for 1 hour or until done.

  5. Enjoy with light or nonfat coolwhip.
